Q: Calendar ap good for repeat alarm

Hi I am struggling with reminders and calendar on El-Cap to find a scenario where I can ask the reminder to repeat 3 hours later than initial setting or 1 day 2 days etc, easily from the pop up of the reminder. I seem to have on reminders ap 5mins or 1 hr or next day... what if a reminder comes up 10am and I want it to remind me again at 2pm, I need to work like this easily with my events any ideas any ap that can do this... like the look of Blotter calendar ap but can't find if it will let me do this?
