Q: No audio on .mov file

Hi,

 

I'm doing a test capture before I capture some old MiniDV tapes, and after capturing a 30 sec clip, I found that the audio played ok in FCPX, 10.2.3.

 

But when I check the clips in quicktime, there's no audio.

 

I"m running on OS El Capitan, 10.11.3

 

Any ideas?

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2010), Mac OS X (10.6.8)

That's a raw DV video with two tracks (each have the same file size). No reason QuickTime X shouldn't play it.

What did you use for the import? Have you tried the same import with QuickTime X?
