Q: This diagnostic option will not do my ipod classic 80g ??

My Ipod Classic 80g does not seem to retain the date and time when I set it.

It says that I have almost 80g but when I see the files they all say 0.

I updated my ITunes on my computer

I now have Windows 10

I love my Ipod and all my music.
