They won't see the messages via iCloud, but if you are all using the same Apple ID for Messages, they will.

    Hi,

An iCloud ID is an Apple ID.

Messages wants an Apple ID for the iMessages Account.

It seems it also wants that Apple ID to be linked to an iCloud ID.

So ... if this particular iCloud ID is the Apple ID to be used in iMessages on your Mac and your iPhone  AND then the other computers you the same Apple ID for their iMessages account then they will will see your Messages.

If ... they then add the Apple /iCloud ID to their iPhones you will see all their iMessages.

As Eric says it might be an iCloud ID that you are using (or about to use)  but like iTunes it is not an iCloud service item (See System Preferences > iCloud as there is nothing about iMessages or iTunes, App Store, FaceTime, iBooks or Game Centre) hence the distinction about iCloud ID as Apple ID in this instance.

It appears in Mountain Lion that it did not have to be an iCloud ID but seems to have changed with later versions.

You need a separate ID to keep your iMessages separate.

( I am aware of how pedantic this answer is based on the fact it is essentially what Eric said )
