Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding your experiencing issues with the Restrictions passcode on your iPad. I know this can be concerning, especially if you believe you're entering the right code. I am happy to help.
If your passcode isn't being accepted you'll need to erase your device and then set it up as a new device to remove the passcode. Restoring from a backup won't remove the passcode.
