Check that you are following the correct procedure for force restarting your watch: remove it from the charger, then press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the logo.
If that does not help, next try charging your watch for around 2.5 hours, making sure that you follow the charging instructions here:
After that time, if it has not already restarted automatically, remove it from the charger and:
- Try restarting it (by pressing and holding the side button until you see the Apple logo).
- If necessary, next try force restarting it again.
If the issue persists, contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch serviced (under warranty, if eligible):

Thank you for your reply ,
the problem is that it get paired with my phone for awhile and it gets disconnected, nothing can be shown on its screen and force restart doesn't show any effects, can you help with that ?

Jul 6, 2016 1:53 PM in response to M3tsmby Jonathan UK,If you initially see the Apple logo, but the display otherwise remains black after restarting, check whether VoiceOver and screen curtain are turned on. If they are, turn them off via the Watch app:
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.

it was always off, i did never used it . its really frustrating , its been like this for hours now ...

Jul 6, 2016 2:03 PM in response to M3tsmby Jonathan UK,As suggested in my first reply, try charging your watch again and then, if necessary, restarting it (or, if that does not work) force restarting it.
If the issue persists, follow the other suggested steps (contacting Apple or making a Genius Bar reservation).
