Q: What is web sheet and why is it using my location

I found WebSheet and com.apple.springboard.websheet using my location. What are they and why are they on my iPhone?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.2

Springboard is the application launcher for iOS. It's not typical for info about Springboard or Websheet to appear to the user. To get rid of that, try tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy.
