Q: iTunes won't install on Windows 10 PLEASE ANSWER NOW!!!

So I have no idea what is going on. I'm trying to install the latest version of iTunes on Windows 10, but every time I click the setup that I downloaded, it says "This app can't run on your pc". There is no reason I shouldn't be able to install iTunes. How do I fix this?
