Q: Movie download incomplete
i have just bought the new iPad Pro and movies download and at the very end says it couldn't be completed at this time. I then either have to quit or retry. The other thing is that it says in iCloud that my backup is incomplete and is still downloading. This has been nearly a week now? Seems strange to me. Help please.

The reason of incomplete backup can be the fact that the backups are incremental (it means it first backs up all your files and then just adds the files that were changed or new ones). If it is the partial backup, your device is trying to backup files that were changed, but as far as the movie download fails, backup cannot be completed.
