Q: downloading photos
I'm trying to download all my photos and videos (6,000+) off my iphone 5s to an acer laptop, i went into apple and the guy helped by telling me all i have to do is sign into icloud online and drag across my albums to my desktop screen! but this isn't working.. any ideas on how i can move my photos? ive tried importing them but as theyre all on icloud its not working either! please help, thanks!
