Jul 7, 2016 2:58 PM in response to Adnanietaby ChrisJ4203,If you have forgotten the Restrictions Passcode, the only way to remove it is to restore the device to factory. You will not be able to use a backup, as the backup contains the passcode. Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Looking at the screenshot you provided, and the fact that it has counted down minutes, it would seem you may have forgotten the passcode just to enter the phone, and the phone is disabled. If that is the case, you will need to follow the instructions in this support document. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
