Q: trying to send photos from photo library and mail site keeps asking for aol password and not verifying it. the password works fine with aol mail.

When trying to send photos from the photo library, the mail keeps asking for our aol password. Then it won't verify the password. The password works perfectly on our aol mail.

    Please help us help you. What Apple product and what operating system version is ut running? What mail client are you using?

     

    This forum covers a somewhat limited edition Mac desktop computer that was discontinued over a decade ago. If you really have an eMac:

    that's fine but most people finding this forum come here by mistake--that's why I'm asking. Regardless, we still need the OS information and the mail client information I mention in the first paragraph. If you have different hardware than the one pictured, we can ask the Hosts to move you to a more active forum where you'll get more views and faster help. This forum is "mostly dead" these days.
