My iphone 6s was having many photos ,and i have connected it to itunes and pressed restore from backup and i lost all the photos.is there a way to retrieve it

Q: Is it possible to get the data from icloud after restoring it from old backup
If you had iCloud photo library enabled, log back in and turn it on again.
