iPhoneWhat do you mean you can't get it off the iPhone. You just stated that you added it to the payment options. What exactly are you trying to do when you say "get it off"?

Okay, here is what I'm understanding. You just added it, but are not trying to remove it? You may not be able to remove it from your iTunes account. You can check this support document for help. Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support

The first link that I provided you has that information. You log into your iTunes account and follow the instructions in the first link. The second link will help explain if you do not have the option to select None as a payment method.
