Q: Remote Access TC over the Web using iPhone

Hey everyone, running into this issue which I can't wrap my mind around. So I have a Airport Extreme with a 1TB hard drive connected to it, which I can access using a MB pro over the web. Now the next step is how do I access it remotely over the web using such apps as filebrowser? from the research I have made these app use port 445, tried doing a port forwarding due to the fact most ISPs block this port. Still no luck, so anyone can help me figure how can I access my external hard drive on the Airport extreme, over the web I would great appreciate it.
