Q: I can not remove my stolen device from find my iphone because it is offline, and it never will go back online, so i cant replace it. What can I do?

Why do you need to turn of Find My iPhone in order to replace your phone? That doesn't make sense.

I do not believe that Asurion requires that you remove your phone from iCloud in order to get a replacement if you don't have the phone. Be sure that you selected that you are replacing a stolen phone not a damaged one. If you're having trouble with the website, call them and speak to a representative.

That message is for people who still have possession of their phone, their phone is broken, and they want it replaced. It is NOT for people with stolen phones. Removing it from Find my iPhone will defeat the purpose of Activation Lock, which is to prevent stolen phones from ever being used again.
