Q: iphone 5c driver error

i got my laptop with windows 10 in it for some reason my iphone 5c's usb drivers are not installing at all and it keeps saying the same thing everytime

how do i take care of that problem

Re-install the current version of iTunes.

tryed that too it still says windows has found a driver for your device, but has met an error while trying to install it Apple Mobile Device USB Driver one of the installation program of the device is un able to execute it self for the moment.
