Q: Macbook pro can't boot
Let me tell you my story of frustration..
I have a macbook pro 15" late 2013 model running on mavericks around 10.7.3 i believe and in recent months as typical mac products do they age and get slow. I've been experiencing many freezes too. I checked for viruses, checked the ram and everything in activity monitor. Earlier this week it has gotten to the point where it will sometimes stay on the boot screen the entire time and maybe even freeze. I reset the NVRAM many times, rebooted in safe mode, verified and repaied the disk too. I decided maybe i should reinstall the ios x. So many issues came in attempting to do so and when i finally got it to reinstall a message of error pops up and the process freezes and i had nothing to do but to cancel it even if that didnt sound right. I try once again then gave me a message of "could not fond installation information on this macbook" and under it said to contact apple care but we all know that wont do anything. I know i can probably attempt to wipe it but not before i collect valuable images on the macbook.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP? Last resort is calling apple or going to get it fixed
