It the meantime reset your Watch by holding down the Digital Crown and side button, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons. After doing this you may want to forget your previous pairing with the H7 and pair it again.

Jul 9, 2016 12:10 PM in response to Leo287by Jonathan UK,Apple advises that you should only force restart your watch (by holding both buttons down) as a last resort, if it is unresponsive - which does not apply in your case.
Although it may not help, you may wish to instead try restarting both your iPhone and your watch, turning both off together and then restarting your iPhone first.
