Q: Thunderbolt Display Dead...
I have my MacBook Pro 15" Retina late 2013 and it has been working marvelously with my Thunderbolt Display up until this evening. We had a power cut, and now the display does not display anything. I have reset my NVRAM and SMC twice each. I have unplugged both display and computer and shut them down for about 30 minutes, and still nothing.
In the system report, it no longer shows my Thunderbolt display. The fuse in the power cord is still fine, and not blown, and no other device in my home has any problem at all.
I'm not sure if the display was upgraded to firmware v1.2 or not, I did not do it myself, but it may have happened automatically (if that's possible even). When I try to upgrade now, the message is no displays found...
Any suggestions other than to enjoy my new paper weight?
