Q: Apple ID Not Found - Can't Activate iPad?
My iPad had to be restored to its original settings. Now when I turn the iPad on it asks me for the Apple ID and password associated with the account. When I type in the Apple ID and password it tells me it is incorrect, and when I go to the forgot password page it tells me the Apple ID does not exist.
The email that I used for my Apple ID is from a company that is no longer in business - Insight BB.
How can I setup my iPad when it asks me for an old Apple ID that doesn't even exist in the system?
