I solved it by going to my hidden purchases in iTunes and unhiding the bundle version of Harry Potter 2. It looks like I had purchases the extended version originally, and then when I bought the bundle, iTunes automatically hid the bundled (shorter) version of HP 2 and put the wrong version of HP 2 Extended into my library. Also, I chose to go into my library and hide the extended version just so there was no more confusion.
