Are you using iPhoto or Photos?  Which version of operating system do you have installed?

I'm not sure awhere you are running iPhoto or Photos - on a Mac or an iPhone?  The screenshot looks like from a Mac, but your question is in the iPhoto forum for iPhones or iPads?

The triangles with an exclamation point will be usually shown, if the originals of photos are missing.  What happened, before the problem first occurred? Did you update software?  Delete photos in any way? Restore your library from a backup?

Can you try to select the photos indirectly by selecting a range of photos?

    • In Photos at www.icloud.com click the Moments, scroll down to the problematic photos, then click "Select" in the toolbar.
    • Select a photo to the left of the photos that are giving this error, then hold down the shift key and select the first photo to the right of the problematic photos.

Then click the trash icon to delete all selected photos.  Download the two photos to the left and right of the range to save them, before you try this.

Can Photos delete the photos without crashing, if you do not click them?

But did you try to select only good photos without touching any of the bad photos in between?

First select a good photo to the left, hold down the shift key while scrolling down, then select a good photo to the right?  This will select all bad photos in between without you having to touch them.  Be careful not click on any bad photo at all.

If you cannot select the photos at www.icloud.com, you would need access to an apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac) where you can enable iCloud Photo Library and delete the photos using the Photos.app on the device. Do you have access to a Mac of a friend or family member?

    Thats the thing...

There not there on my iPhone or iPad, it's only on icloud.com where the files are visible with the exclamation mark.

Da you have an application on your PC that will allow you to change the date of a photo to a very early date, so it will appear before all photos and then add it to the album with corrupted photos?

If you cannot find a way to select all problematic photos to delete them, you can only download and save all photos you want to keep, then sign out of iCloud Photo Library from your iPhone or iPad, and use the option to to delete all photos from iCloud:   https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204570

To turn off your iCloud Photo Library, follow these steps:

    • On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage > iCloud Photo Library, then select Disable and Delete.

This will delete the photos after 30 days. During this time you can recover them.

Or contact Apple Support and ask the support team to remove the photos:    https://getsupport.apple.com
