Q: Cannot add my NatWest card?

I have an iPhone 5S and an Apple Watch, which supports Apple Pay. I've followed the directions to use this feature, by going into the Apple Watch App and adding my card, however it comes up with a message that says 'Your Issuer Does Not Yet Offer Support for This Card'.

However, when you click on the 'Learn More' button it lists NatWest as a supporter of Apple Pay. I've even went onto the NatWest website to find how to add my card, and they are very similar steps but still I am unable to do this.

Any advice?

    Hi

Not all cards that are issued by a participating bank are necessarily supported for use with Apple Pay.

For example, unsupported cards may include cards that have been issued in connection with a business account or to a cardholder who is under a certain age.

Contact NatWest to check whether your specific card is supported for Apple Pay (although the message does suggest that it isn't).
