Caller number appear on my other iphone too , any suggestion?

Yes.

Do not use the same Apple ID on more than one iPhone. Each should be treated as if a different person owns it.

Thanks, previously it never happened, only after ios9, and it happen on a specific iphone, while my other children dont face similar problem even has same apple id.

You should avoid problems before they arise. Get each child (and each family member) their own Apple ID.
