Q: ITunes connection problem

I am running Windows 10 on a year old laptop. I for whatever reason cannot get any of my apple devices to connect to to iTunes to back them up or transfer information. What the heck can I do to fix this issue and please don't tell me to uninstall and reinstall because that has been done. Wire changes have been done. Anything I have thought of has been done. Please help.
