Jul 10, 2016 12:02 PM in response to jballas4by Diana.McCall,Are you on WiFi or ethernet? What happens? What error message do you receive?
If it's WiFi, please check that your router or access point hasn't implemented access control.
Have you tried restarting the router?

Jul 10, 2016 6:14 PM in response to Diana.McCallby jballas4,I am on WiFi but ATV stopped connecting. The error message is that the ATV can't connect (3905). It was working fine for 2 years and just stopped 2 days ago. No, I haven't tried restarting the router. But, I will do it and let you know.
Thanks for your help.

Jul 11, 2016 6:59 AM in response to jballas4by Diana.McCall,★HelpfulCan you look in your router settings and be sure access control is not enabled?
I assume that ATV can see the network, but when you enter the password, you get the error message. Is that correct?
