Q: iPad mini not backing up to Mac mini using iTunes
My iPad mini will not backup to my Mac mini using iTunes over USB or WiFI.
The error message I get is "iTunes could not backup the iPad mini as the iPad was disconnected".
This is not the case as the sync continues until the final stage when the apps are copied and only after that does the error message appear. This occurs with auto and manual backups.
The last successful backup was in January of this year.
The iPad iOS is 9.3.2. and the iTunes version is 12.14.1.6.
The same Mac mini is used to regularly backup my iPhone 6.
