If you want to cancel Pandora on an Android device as suggested by the location of your post, you will have to go to Pandora's site, or consult an android forum for help.
This forum, is specifically for Apple Music on Android devices which has nothing to do with Pandora.
If you wish to cancel Pandora on an Apple device, you would need to go to your Subscriptions and turn off the Auto Renewal.

You can manage your subscriptions by following the link I posted above to do so.
If you can find Pandora there, you can cancel it directly from there.

Otherwise you'll need to determine what the charge was for exactly.
