Q: My apple ID (ending with @icloud.com) have been disable for security reasons. i cannot reset nor can login to my account because i forgot security questions. can anyone help?

I suppose your Apple ID has been disabled because the password was entered incorrectly too many times, by you or someone else. If you already tried using the iforgot.apple.com webpage and were unable to gain access to your account, call AppleCare (see Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support) to see if there is another way to verify your identity as the accountholder. Make sure you have access to the Internet and, if possible, any phone number or device associated with your account during the call so you don't have to call again.

Was your account set up in the Maldives as well, or did you put another address?

I know someone who was in Europe (he's Canadian like me) but called AppleCare Canada over Skype and he did get help, so I think the country you are in does not matter so much as the country your account is associated with.

That's probably why there is no straight answer, it's not supported by Apple.

But yeah, I see how you'd still want to try. If I were you, I'd go to https://getsupport.apple.com/ and select US as a country in the bottom, or try to call a country near you with the numbers from Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.
