    Hi, Rapture7_!

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. From the information you've provided, I see you are trying to find out what your iTunes credit balance is. Knowing how much credit you have on your iTunes account is important, especially if you're interested in making purchases, like getting a new iBook, and I'm happy to help!

iTunes Gift Cards are good for use in the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store on all your Apple devices and Windows computers. You can check your balance on an iOS device or a computer using the instructions in the article linked below.

    See your iTunes credit balance

If you don't see your balance where the article states it should be listed, that could mean you have used the entire gift card balance on purchases in iTunes, the App store, or iBooks already. It's also possible that the balance is associated with a different Apple ID. If you have more than one Apple ID, you can sign out of your current Apple ID and into the other.

For an iOS device, you can use the following article to switch your Apple ID:

Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

On a Mac computer, you can sign in and out of the iTunes Store using the instructions in the article below:

iTunes 12 for Mac: Manage your iTunes Store account

And for a Windows computer use this article:

iTunes 12 for Windows: Manage your iTunes Store account

    Happy reading!
