Q: processing fails

I will download a TV Show and it will get to Processing part of it, then it will say download has failed, please retry. I have my iPad updated and enough space. I have turned off and on, and soft reset and reset through the settings. What else can I do?

Sometimes the show appears in the TV Show area and then it will say it failed and then it has disappeared from the TV Show section. What do I do? I even download with the iPad plugged into it's charger. Please help me.

It has happened with multiples shows and I have to retry download multiple times before it actually downloads. Is it an iTunes issue or is it my iPad?

iPad Mini, iOS 9.3.2, null

    Hi InfernoDirewolf,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I use my iPad for watching TV all the time, especially when I need to keep up on my favorite shows on the go, so I'll do all I can to help.

Restarting was a great place to start, but if the issue is still happening I'd recommend signing out of iTunes entirely, then restarting again and trying to sign back in. You can sign out under Settings > iTunes and App Store. All you have to do is tap your Apple ID and select "Sign Out". Signing out and back in will make sure you have a fresh connection to the store and the server.

If you are still running into issues after doing the above steps, take a look at the sections for 'On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch' and 'Get more help' in this article for other steps to resolve the issue:

If an iTunes Store purchase unexpectedly stops downloading

Give it a try and let the Community know if it helps. We're all here to lend a hand.

    -Best regards-
