I even tried changing the ATV and iTunes account regions to US and switch them back to see if that could do some reset or something, but nothing. I'm gonna ask for a friend's iTunes Account from a different country and set my ATV to that same place to see if i can download it.

Jun 13, 2016 4:12 PM in response to iamgaragby Julioaa,It looks like it only happens to people with Latin American regions. It happens to me too and there are no answers from Netflix or Apple. That is just wrong. Please if anybodd has an idea pleas post it. We are on our own.

Try power cycling ATV to ensure the system's clean.
Is your problem identical to the OP? ATV 4, had Netflix, uninstalled it, downloads but cannot complete installation? If not, please describe your exact symptoms.

Jul 25, 2016 4:19 PM in response to Diana.McCallby kidhack,It's up to date and I tried power cycling. Exact same issue. Netflix wouldn't load due to some Netflix server error. I deleted it, but now can't reinstall it.

Jul 25, 2016 4:58 PM in response to kidhackby Diana.McCall,OK. Are you able to install any app from the TV app store? I just installed it with no problem, opened it, quit it, and deleted it. Are you sure you deleted it before trying to reinstall, or did you just force quit it? To delete, you hold the touchpad until the icon shakes, then hit play to get the menu. Did you do that?
