Q: Snapchat won't download or update

I deleted snapchat, and when I went to re-download it, I tried signing in and it said that either the app is not updated or my phone wasn't updated. I updated my phone and tried clicking "update" under snapchat and it wouldnt let me. Now the app won't re-download again and I tried doing it on my phone and on my computer through iTunes.
