Q: Need to retrieve the names of the contacts

Dear Sir/Mam

 

Good Morning

 

I moved/imported the contacts from sim for the first time, i could see the numbers for many contacts without the identity/names of the person.

 

Please advise to fix it.

    Congrats on your iPhone SE! So you imported some contacts from your SIM card and only the numbers are showing up without the names? The contact information imported from a SIM card depends on how your previous phone stored this information on that SIM card. You may need to reinsert the SIM back into the previous device to verify how this info was stored and in which category.  For more help with importing contacts, check the manufacturer’s website, app store, or contact your carrier. Please have a look at the link below for more information.
