Great! So, if you are using Apple iCloud mail, then changing the email address on your Apple ID, and signing the new updated Apple ID into iCloud will take care of it.

Finally Solved my problem with these steps:

If you can‘t update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You can put your iOS device in recovery mode and then restore it with iTunes.

In these situations, you might need to use recovery mode to restore your device:

    • iTunes doesn't recognize your device or says it's in recovery mode.
    • You see the Apple logo on your screen for several minutes with no progress bar.
    • You see the Connect to iTunes screen.

Learn what to do if you see the progress bar on your screen for several minutes.

Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again

    1. Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.
    2. While your device is connected, force restart it: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, and don't release when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until you see the recovery mode screen.
    3. When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data. Wait while iTunes downloads the software for your device.
If the download takes more than 15 minutes and your device exits recovery mode, you'll need to repeat these steps and choose Restore instead of Update when you get back to this step.
    4. After the Update or Restore completes, set up your device. If you previously backed up your device with iTunes or iCloud and had to restore your device in step 3, you might be able to restore

My instruction above should work for you, it takes 15 min for whole process. Are able to see recovery mode screen?

Everything happened as it was suppose to. I am able to see recovery mode screen. ITunes downloaded the latest software, but just when it finishes extrating the software I get Error 3194. I have tried many times, still same error.

Same happened to me two days ago with this very same e-mail. After getting many shames from Apple for being stupid as it's apparently my fault... I had to reset the phone. Got the data out myself without prior backup. Had to pay some people to help me because I didn't backup. Everyone just assumes that you backup your phone every day. Apple will not recover your data. At Apple store they gave me contact of security firm that charges $400 to recover data.

So what happened? Your iCloud account was compromised. Didn't know about iCloud - shame on you as per Apple. Had a weak password on iCloud - shame on you, as per Apple. Shared your password online somehow - shame on you as per Apple reps. It's all our fault girls! Any now, here is what to do:

    1. When you first see this message, DON'T reboot the phone. If you reboot the phone it will go offline and noone, even at Apple store will be able to get the Lost Mode off. Phone must be online to be "found". Even if you have it in your hands, Apple is not capable to plug it in somewhere and manually un-loose it. You will lose all data.

    2. After seeing this message to go iCloud.com from your computer, login. Click My Devices > Find my IPhone > Click on Green circle on the map > Click on "i" icon > See the popup screen > Click Turn Off Lost Mode. At this point you can erase this hackers message (you will see it right there) and change the password.

    3. If you call Apple to guide you through this, DON'T reboot the phone even if they tell you. They told me to reboot and phone went offline. When the phone is offline you are screwed.
