Welcome to Apple Support Communities!
From what you've described, it appears that your iPhone 5s is caught in a reboot loop which can be concerning. We need to figure out if this is a software problem or hardware. So, I'll be more than glad to help.1. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge - Follow the troubleshooting steps in this resource if your iPhone won't charge.
2. Locate your iOS backup -- Before you start, I need to let you know that if you haven't made a backup, your personal data may be lost. This will help you find the most recent backup if you have.
3. Restore iOS Device -- Connect your iPhone with iTunes installed on it and Set Up as a New iPhone or select a backup.
4. Restore in Recovery Mode -- If you've connected your iPhone but iTunes isn't responding, you'll need to check if it can be seen in Recovery Mode, follow that article.
5. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup -- if your iPhone turns on again, follow the Setup Wizard and select your backup this time. Or As a new iPhone if one hasn't been located.Take care!
