Q: Lost contacts by downgrading and outlook keeps asking my password

I have an Iphone 6 running IOS 9.3.2 at this moment. I was on beta ios 10 but didn't liked it so i went back to ios 9.3.2 by downgrading from itunes using a file on my desktop. After that i lost my contacts and my outlook e-mail keeps asking me for my password even if i type it in correct. So i deleted everything on my Iphone and I backed it up to the Back up file before i downloaden ios 10. And i still have the same problem

Does anyone has the same problem or has a solution for me? Hope to hear soon

The NDA you agreed to states that IOS 10 (or any beta) may not be discussed here, enquire at the site you got it from.
