If you mean that you want to stop using your iTunes account then log into it and remove any personal info from it (e.g. remove payment details : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support) and stop using it.
And check to see if you have any auto-renewing subscriptions that you need to stop : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
