Jul 15, 2016 5:14 AM in response to Giovambattistaby Jonathan UK,Hi
It is not possible to delete previous instances of Apple Watch from the list of Sources in the Health app.
Whenever you pair a watch to your iPhone and choose to set it up as a new watch, it will be added to the Health app as a new source once it begins sharing data to the app.
However, you should not typically need to do this. Instead, if you ever need to unpair and re-pair your watch, be sure to choose the option to Restore from Backup during set up. The watch will then continue to share data under the same name / source as before.

Jul 15, 2016 5:28 AM in response to Jonathan UKby Giovambattista,Hello In fact , I have never restored as a new watch but always from backup. In fact before he 's had a iphone 6 5s with which I always disfellowshipped and reinstated the watch without encountering this error . Since I use the 6s 5 days around deliphone restoring the backup and subsequently that of the watch , there continues to resubmit the issue . Yesterday I went to an apple store and ' the operator I talked to had the same problem on his iphone . I believe it is appropriate to investigate it more ' in depth , also because I would not see me whenever disfellowship the watch and restore back this problem . Many thanks

Jul 15, 2016 5:47 AM in response to Giovambattistaby Jonathan UK,If the app is not behaving as expected, I suggest that you raise the matter with Apple by contacting Apple Support or making a Genius Bar reservation:
- Contact - Official Apple Support
- https://twitter.com/applesupport

(This is a user-based community - you are not talking with Apple here).

Jul 15, 2016 5:50 AM in response to Giovambattistaby Jonathan UK,Your posts suggest that you may be unpairing and re-pairing your watch quite often. Except for when you switched to a new iPhone, this should not normally be necessary.
Note that there is a difference between your devices being "unpaired" vs them becoming temporarily "disconnected".
If your watch becomes temporarily disconnected from your iPhone via Bluetooth and it cannot connect to a known Wi-Fi network at the time, it will show the Disconnected icon on the watch face:
Such disconnections can be normal, happening whenever the paired iPhone is unavailable (such as during iOS updates or when your iPhone is out of range).
It is not normally necessary to unpair and re-pair your devices after this happens. They should instead reconnect automatically a short while after being brought close together again. If they do not, keep your iPhone and Apple Watch close by each other and follow these steps until they do:
- Check that both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your iPhone:
- It may help to toggle Bluetooth off and on again on your iPhone (Settings > Bluetooth).
- Check that Airplane Mode is not enabled on your watch:
- When viewing the time on your watch, swipe up on the watch face > swipe left / right to the Settings Glance.
- If the Settings Glance states Connected and the symbol at the upper-right corner is a green phone symbol, then your watch is connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth.
- If your watch is not connected and Airplane Mode is turned on, tap the button to turn it off.
- It may otherwise help to toggle Airplane Mode on and off again.
- When viewing the time on your watch, swipe up on the watch face > swipe left / right to the Settings Glance.
- Restart both devices, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first.
For the best performance from your watch, keep both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi permanently enabled on your iPhone.
If they still do not reconnect after trying those steps, only then should you move on to unpairing and re-pairing your watch.

Jul 15, 2016 5:57 AM in response to Giovambattistaby Jonathan UK,As I explained in my previous reply, you are not talking with Apple here - this is a user-based technical support community. Apple Support Communities is also not a bug reporting tool or a place to register complaints with Apple.
You mentioned that you had spoken with someone in the Apple Store, but you did not explain that you have already attended a Genius Bar appointment.
If you are unhappy with the suggestions that have been offered by the Genius, I suggest that you contact Apple and ask for your existing case to be escalated:

Jul 15, 2016 6:32 AM in response to Jonathan UKby Giovambattista,In fact it was not very clear on the fact that I already went to the genius bar .
Talking with the operator genius bar had told me it was not possible to do anything and the only thing I could do was restore iphone from 0 and not ripristinatre backup.
Something that frankly made me very arrabiare .
Then at last , as I was not completely happy with his response he told me that the only way was to post on this forum the problem . since according to him , the ingegeria apple acts as moderator and take charge of these reports .
things which I understand is quite false .
there are Moderators are users like you and me ?
thanks again for your reply -
Jul 15, 2016 6:55 AM in response to Giovambattistaby Jonathan UK,You're welcome!
This forum is not how to report a bug or how to escalate a support case with Apple. Apple does monitor the forum (moderators are Apple employees and Apple may also post, although it does not formally offer support here).
If you want to speak further with Apple about your issue, you should contact Apple Support (via the details provided previously).
If you would like to submit feedback, you can do so via the form below. However, note that you may not receive a reply to this:
https://www.apple.com/feedback/watch.html
In either case (whether you contact Support or submit feedback), your issue will definitely be logged with Apple. The same does not necessarily apply when you post a thread here.
