Jul 15, 2016 1:01 PM in response to aaron_riceby Jeriokelive,This is what did it for me. I have something like 4400 songs from my Apple Music subscription and iTunes will not let me sync my library because of iCloud Music Library. After following this and setting the rule to "Checked" items, I was able to download all of my library to my 64gig iPhone 6S.
Thank you so much for this suggestion.

Sep 12, 2016 10:58 AM in response to Weisiang96by Hanssonmania,Old post, however here is the solution since I also encountered the problem
create a smart playlist with the condition "media kind is music", so that all your tracks will be listed within this playlist...her you´ll have the option to grab every song and download it...
you´re welcome
cheers

Apple Musichey I'm having the same issue and raised a separate question....albeit in a lot more of a long winded way ...apple music download library new iPhone.
I can't believe that theres not a way to mimic the 'old way' of restoring the from an iTunes backup, so you can have the same music downloaded from an old device.
I like the playlist idea above. can this be done easily on an old phone also? Even with this though it will still all have to download from apple music, luckily i don't think i have a limit on my broadband download usage!!
