It appears that you're doing battle with Kuklarest redirect malware on your Mac and your Time Machine backups as well. I'll be glad to help!
As far as your Time Machine backups are concerned, there is no easier way to delete the previous ones. I want to make sure that your Mac itself is safe, then I'll provide more suggestions regarding your Time Machine.
Stop pop-up ads in Safari -- This information may help clean up your hard drive.
If you're sure your mac is cleared, you can make a full Time Machine backup and mark this date as the latest to use if a full restore is called for. For the other files on Time Machine, you can restore them individually from the new backup or earlier one at a time.
Contact Support -- if the above hasn't helped.Have a good day!
