Q: Stuck in unlocking IPAD
We have an IPAD that was purchased on 2012 from Amazon US and now after a long the IPAD was not in use and recently when we try to use it was not working and factory reset solve the issue but now I am in pain. The IPAD is locked and forgot with what ID it was registered. We contact Apple Support they need Invoice details which we provided but unfortunately the invoice doesn't have seller info and unlocking process stuck. Does that mean there is no way I can use the IPAD and just throw it?

The bottom line is that if Apple could not unlock the device for you because you could not provide them with the necessary documentation, there is nothing that you can do now to unlock the iPad. It is useless now and you will not be able to use it.
