Jul 17, 2016 9:44 AM in response to OsDaby Bakhtina,1. Open iTunes if you haven’t done so already, and go to the “iTunes” menu from the top to select “Preferences”.
2. Under the “General” tab, look directly under the library name and check the box for “Show Apple Music”
3. Exit out of Preferences.

Jul 17, 2016 9:53 AM in response to Bakhtinaby OsDa,Hi and thanks for such a quick reply. I have done what you said and there is no option for show Apple Music in the general menu. My wife's account got it though.

Jul 17, 2016 10:28 AM in response to OsDaby Bakhtina,That's weird... I guess it's a bug, after all. Have you tried more general troubleshooting steps, like restarting the Mac, updating iTunes to its latest version (Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support) and authorizing iTunes to your Apple ID (Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support)? These troubleshooting steps should take care of most small bugs.

Jul 17, 2016 11:35 AM in response to Bakhtinaby OsDa,Yes, I have done everything you said and still it not showing. What is driving me crazy is that in my wife's account (in the same MacBook) works all fine! I don't understand.

Jul 17, 2016 11:47 AM in response to OsDaby Bakhtina,OK, new question : if you boot to Safe Mode, do you have the option or not?
Reference : Try safe mode if your Mac doesn't finish starting up - Apple Support
By the way, knowing that it works properly in your wife's account is actually a valuable piece of information.
Computer troubleshooting is a bit like playing Guess Who?, only, instead of asking "Is the person male or female?" or "Does the person wear glasses?" you ask "Does it work in another user profile?" and "Does it work in Safe Mode?"

Jul 17, 2016 2:33 PM in response to OsDaby Bakhtina,OK, thank you. This is becoming more technical. If you are afraid of messing something up, now is the time to backup your data. If you have an external drive, Time Machine is the best way to backup your data : Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support
In your Preferences, in the Advanced tab, you can see what your iTunes library is. All your music and playlists are in there. If you quit iTunes and relaunch it from the dock while holding the Option (or Alt) key, you will be asked if you want to choose or create another iTunes library. Please create a new library (this will not delete your original iTunes library) and see if you still have the issue.
If you still have the issue, you can launch iTunes while holding Option again to choose your original library to go back to using it (you now know it isn't the culprit).
Now comes the technical stuff.
1. While you are in Finder, click Go at the top of the screen.
2. While you are in the Go menu, hold Option (or Alt) on your keyboard. A new option will appear in the Go menu : it's called "Library".
3. Open the LaunchAgents folder. Drag the contents to the desktop, or to some folder of your choice in your Documents.
4. Restart the computer.
5. Test the issue.
6. If the issue is still there, put the files back in their place.
7. Repeat the previous steps, but with the Caches folder contents instead.
8. Repeat steps 1 to 6, but with the InputManagers folder contents instead.
9. Repeat steps 1 to 6, but with the InputMethods folder contents instead.
NOTE : Never play with this "secret" Library folder unless you know exactly what you are looking for.
If this doesn't help, you can always come back here.

Jul 18, 2016 12:50 PM in response to Bakhtinaby OsDa,I've done everything you write above but it doesn't work. Even tried to log out my wife's Apple ID from iTunes in her user profile and then log in in mine (both her and my iTunes) and that doesn't work neither. I'm completely lost here.

Jul 18, 2016 3:05 PM in response to OsDaby Bakhtina,Hum... OK. Now I'm lost too!
The only ideas I can think of at the top of my head are the following :
1. Migrating to another user profile. It would definitely fix the issue, but the more stuff you have on your current profile, the more tedious and time consuming it becomes.
2. If you did make a Time Machine backup, you could use the Migration Assistant to create a new copy of your profile under a new name and see if it fixes the issue. Again, it's not ideal.
3. Calling Apple or waiting for someone else than the tired girl surrounded by boxes that I am (I'm moving tomorrow) to think of a clever idea and contribute to this discussion.
Good luck!

Jul 18, 2016 10:11 PM in response to Bakhtinaby OsDa,Well, you have been very kind at helping me and I'm sorry to bother you with such a strange issue. I will try a migration. Hope you have a great moving and thanks again. Best of lucks!

Jul 19, 2016 7:52 PM in response to OsDaby Bakhtina,Thank you. I moved. And I'm still surrounded by boxes
And you were not bothering me, I was just trying to say that in my tired state I wouldn't be surprised if I missed something and I was kind of hoping someone would think of something brilliant I hadn't considered and post it here.
