Q: I Phone often lost 3G network

Hello,

Bought a SE about a month ago.I've upgraded from ios 9.3.1 to 9.3.2 after few days buying.Then, i noticed that,my phone often lost 3G signals.At that time, can't connect to the internet by 2G either.But, when i restart the phone it got the signal again.

I don't understand this problem belongs to what? Phone? or my carrier? Or it just happening because of updating ios?
