Q: MacBook Pro trackpad locked when I log in
Every now and then after I log in on my MacBook pro after it the mouse will not move and the trackpad will not click as if it has not been unlocked after logging in, If I restart the computer it will go back to normal. It happens at least once a day (1/5 times I log in) from the day I got it (about 4 months brand new). Is there anyway I can fix this and stop it happening? Thanks

The best place to get this problem resolved is at an Apple store genius bar since your MBP is in the warranty period. The difficulty may be if the MBP does not display its malady in front of the technician. Intermittent problems can be very difficult to diagnose.
