Q: 6s plus not sending group message to non-iPhones over wifi

SMS and MMS is a carrier feature, you should contact your phone carrier and see what the issue is.

This is because messages to non-iOS users do not use wi-fi, they use the cellular SMS/MMS. If you have poor signal at home, that would explain why the messages are not going through. As razmee209 has also stated, that is controlled by your cellular carrier, and they would be able to tell you if you have an SMS plan on your account, as well as having MMS. You have to have cellular data turned on for MMS, and need to have a good signal.
