On what website are you getting this message?

Are you using Safari?  Or some other Browser on your iPad?

What version of iOS are you running on your iPad?

The Bank sites may be mis-detecting the Browser or are not really designed to work on an iPad.

If your iPad is running iOS 9.3.2 or 9.3.3 that was just released then you are up to date and there's nothing to do, its an issue with the website.

You can check your iOS version in Settings->General->About->Version

If not you can try updating to iOS 9.3.3.

Thanks Phil my iPad is running IOS 9.3.3, I only just started having this problem within the last few months, but I think you are right it's my credit card company's issue.  Thanks for getting back to me
