Q: AppStore Billing Info Won't Accept "None" as a choice, is that on purpose?
it's not like "there's no NONE option" or "i can't click the NONE option" problems like always find, let me explain.
i have created a new Apple ID, i know it doesn't mean i can use it for AppStore right away, though.
after i launched the AppStore from my mobile and chose an app that i wanted to get, the Apple ID account to review the billing info popped-up, asking me to provide some info for billing.
the "none" option was there and always there, and i can click it, no problem at all.
but after i filled the form and clicked "next", the page refreshed with something written below the "billing information", something like "if you provide the info right now, we won't charge until you make a purchase *bla bla bla", and sometimes it's just "for more information please contact *bla bla bla".
there's no warning about something i didn't fill in the form, or i filled incorrectly, then that means i filled the form CORRECTLY no less, but i always get that infinite loop, as if Apple don't want me to chose "NONE" (that's public knowledge).
well, what can i do? i don't have a credit card or something like that, i can only get free Apps but that's fine with me.
and if Apple don't want me to, then why is there a "none" option in the first place?
please help me, no use for free apps to be there if no one can get it, not even bypass the billing info review.
