Q: Error iTunes not enough free space

Hello everyone,

I'm trying for a while to make a backup of my iPhone5 on my PC (windows 10). Sadly enough iTunes says in the middle of backing up that there's not enough space on my computer. However, my iPhone is 16GB and my free space on my PC is over 150GB!

I tried to backup on 3 Windows 10 PC's (no other kinds available and one brand new!), rebooting PC and iphone multiple times, removing the MobileSync folder and also reinstalling itunes.

I also just updated to the newest versions which were released last night.

Could somebody help me, because Apple wants only to help when you're going to pay and this could get VERY expensive

Go through this support article and see if anything in here helps.
If your iTunes backup couldn't be completed or you can't restore from a backup - Apple Support

If nothing in there helped, click on the link to contact Apple Support. You can chat online or get help via email. You don't have to pay for phone support.

If none of that works for you, make an appointment at an Apple Store and ask for help.
